In our experience, 1 session usually involves around 3-5 API calls to the Athena Search dashboard. The more features are being used, the more API calls are being made. So it is a good starting point to estimate 3-5 times of your total monthly websites sessions in order to determine which bundle volume of API calls will be needed. We suggest using a peak month as a reference.
